DEUX FILLES 'Double Happiness' Vinyl LP (1983 Avant Garde)

Year of release: 1983

Behind the mysterious French duo Deux Filles were two Englishmen, Simon Fisher Turner and Colin Lloyd Tucker, who invented a tragic backstory for their imaginary 'sisters'. Their second album is fragile and ominous, all meandering guitar and cinematic vignettes.
