MERZBOW 'Batztoutai with Memorial Gadgets (De-Composed Works 1985~86)' Vinyl 3LP Felt Cover (1986 Power Electronics)

Year of release: 1986

Made in 1985 at a small Tokyo studio, these early Merzbow pieces loop and slice up other records, from François Bayle and Luc Ferrari to an old Japanese military march. It's dense, disorienting collage noise from the pioneer of Japanese noise music.
