RICHARD PINHAS 'Iceland' Vinyl 2LP (1979 Electronic: Experimental/Ambient)
Year of release: 1979
Heldon's Richard Pinhas evokes the far north here, his guitar and electronics joined by Jean-Philippe Goude's Minimoog over slow synth waves and pulsing sequencers. It's cold and beautiful, with echoes of Fripp & Eno.
