BUDDY GUY 'Sweet Tea' 180g Vinyl 2LP

Year of release: 2001

Cut in Oxford, Mississippi, this finds Buddy Guy digging into the droning hill-country blues of Junior Kimbrough and other Fat Possum artists. It's one of his rawest, heaviest records, long, throbbing grooves that buzz like a summer heatwave.
