His first album for DreamWorks arrived the same year he sang 'Miss Misery' at the Oscars in a white suit. Producers Rob Schnapf and Tom Rothrock add horns, strings and pounding piano to 'Waltz #2 (XO)' and 'Baby Britain' without losing the quiet ache at their centre.
