FONTAINES D.C. 'Dogrel' Vinyl LP

Year of release: 2019

The title nods to doggerel, the rough comic verse of ordinary Dubliners, and Grian Chatten barks his lines like a street poet over wiry guitars. 'Big' opens with the claim 'Dublin in the rain is mine', and 'Boys in the Better Land' charges along like a getaway car.
