Franklin's Mint 'Depression Era Ultra High Frequency' Vinyl LP (2025 Indie/Alt. Rock)

Year of release: 2025

Phil Franklin drummed with Caroliner Rainbow, Secret Chiefs 3 and Sunburned Hand of the Man before moving to Melbourne in 2019. Recorded here and in Western Massachusetts, this pairs his American crew on side one with local players including Danny Heifetz and Bar McKinnon on side two: gnarled, punchy songs about living through a second depression, which Thurston Moore counted among his best records of 2025.

Condition: New/Sealed/Mint
