MOVIETONE s/t Vinyl 2LP (1995 UK Indie)

Year of release: 1995

Formed in Bristol by Kate Wright and Rachel Brook, Movietone made quiet, haunting indie on this debut, with Wright's poetic lyrics drifting over spare, hushed guitars. It's delicate, moody and cinematic.
