'Ocean Eyes' was written by her brother Finneas for his own band, and Billie's version, uploaded to SoundCloud when she was 13, set everything in motion. This debut EP, made in the family home in Los Angeles, mixes whispery pop with eerie, bass-heavy beats on 'Bellyache' and 'Copycat'.
