SUBURBAN LAWNS s/t Vinyl LP (1981 New Wave)

Year of release: 1981

Cal-Arts students Su Tissue and Vex Billingsgate formed the band in Long Beach, and their only album opens with 'Flying Saucer Safari'. Her hiccupping vocals make 'Janitor' a strange new wave classic.

Brand new, still in shrink wrap. There's some great record stores in Melbourne, but Goldmine is the better of them all. I was looking for this & just as I started my search they must have just got it in. A great album, a very underrated band. One of my newest treasures of my growing collection. Su tissue is just amazing. All in all, I am overly ecstatic with the purchase. A+++
