MODERN LOVERS s/t (Jonathan Richman) COOL BLUE 180g Vinyl LP

Year of release: 1976

John Cale produced most of these 1971-72 demos for Warner Bros., but the band split before they were finished, and they sat on the shelf until 1976. 'Roadrunner' celebrates driving through Massachusetts at night with the radio on, and 'Pablo Picasso' is a sneering proto-punk classic.
