'BLACK SWAN' Soundtrack (Clint Mansell) 180g RED Vinyl LP (2010)

Clint Mansell's score for Black Swan takes Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake apart and rebuilds it as horror, with familiar ballet themes slowed down, fractured and twisted into something unsettling. It leaned so heavily on Tchaikovsky that the Academy ruled it ineligible for an Oscar.
