'KILLER KLOWNS FROM OUTER SPACE' Soundtrack (John Massari) KILLER KLOWN COLOUR Vinyl 2LP (1988)

Year of release: 1988

The Chiodo brothers' cult splatter comedy has candy-floss cocoons, popcorn guns and a circus-tent spaceship, plus a punk theme song from the Dickies. John Massari's synth-heavy score plays it all straight, with menacing electronic brass, harpsichord and drum-machine beats.
