'ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE' Soundtrack (Jozef van Wissem & SQÜRL) RED 180g Vinyl 2LP (2013)

Year of release: 2013

Jim Jarmusch's own band SQÜRL teamed up with Dutch lutenist Jozef van Wissem to score his vampire romance, set between night-time Detroit and Tangier. Droning feedback guitar and hypnotic, centuries-old lute patterns twist together into something as languid and ancient as Tilda Swinton and Tom Hiddleston's undead lovers.
