James Cameron didn't want a pop song, so James Horner secretly recorded a demo of 'My Heart Will Go On' with Céline Dion and played it to him. It became one of the biggest songs of the decade, and Sissel's wordless voice and Irish uilleann pipes make the score just as unforgettable.
