Backed by the Army Band, the outfit behind Mahmoud Ahmed and Tlahoun Gèssèssè, two singers from the golden age of Addis Ababa's nightlife trade songs on this duet album. Arranger Teshome Sisay's flute weaves through horns, piano and loping Ethiopian grooves, the swinging sound of 70s Ethio-jazz.
