'1492 - CONQUEST OF PARADISE' Soundtrack (Vangelis) YELLOW Vinyl 2LP (1992)

Vangelis's score for 1492: Conquest of Paradise sets a towering choir against slow, stately synthesisers to give Ridley Scott's Columbus epic its sense of awe. The main theme took on a life of its own when German boxer Henry Maske adopted it as his ring-walk music, turning it into a hit in Germany.
