JOE MEEK 'I Hear A New World' Vinyl LP (1991 Lounge/Pop/Experimental)

Year of release: 1991

Joe Meek recorded this 'outer space music fantasy' with the Blue Men in his home studio in 1959 and 1960, using sped-up voices, homemade echo and kitchen-sink sound effects. Only a short EP came out at the time, and the full album finally surfaced decades later.
