GRANT GREEN 'Idle Moments' BLUE NOTE CLASSIC 180g Vinyl LP

Year of release: 1965

Duke Pearson's title tune ran far longer than planned when the band played it at a slow, dreamy tempo, so they re-recorded other tracks to fit. Joe Henderson's tenor and Bobby Hutcherson's vibes give the whole session a late-night glow.
