AL GREEN 'Let's Stay Together' Vinyl LP

Year of release: 1972

The title track gave Al Green his only American number one and became one of the most loved soul songs ever, later sung by Barack Obama at the Apollo. The rest is relaxed and sensual, with the Bee Gees' 'How Can You Mend a Broken Heart' slowed to a heartbreaking crawl.
