ALLEN TOUSSAINT 'Southern Nights' 180g Vinyl LP (1975 Funk/Soul)

Year of release: 1975

Glen Campbell took the dreamy title track to number one, but Allen Toussaint's own version, with its woozy, phased vocal, is something else entirely. Cut at his Sea-Saint studio in New Orleans, it's a gorgeous blend of funk, soul and hazy bayou psychedelia.

Condition: New/Sealed/Mint
