ARETHA FRANKLIN 'Yeah!!!' 180g PURPLE Vinyl LP

Year of release: 1965

Billed like a live nightclub set, this was actually recorded in a Columbia studio with an invited audience, as Aretha swings through jazz and pop standards with a small combo. It shows how relaxed and playful she could be, a few years before soul made her a superstar.
