DOM SALVADOR s/t 180g Vinyl LP (1969 Latin Soul-Jazz)

Year of release: 1969

Produced by drummer Hélcio Milito, who'd come back from America full of James Brown and Sly Stone, this solo debut pairs Dom Salvador's piano with a band including future soul star Cassiano. It's Brazilian jazz with a fresh funk pulse.
