'FORREST GUMP' Soundtrack 180g Vinyl 2LP (1994)

Year of release: 1994

Robert Zemeckis reportedly wanted only American music here, feeling Forrest wouldn't buy anything but American, and these songs follow him through three decades of history. It's a glorious jukebox of rock, soul and folk, from Elvis's swaggering 'Hound Dog' to the roadside ache of Bob Seger's 'Against the Wind'.
