ALESSANDRO CORTINI 'Volume Massimo' TURQUOISE Vinyl LP

Year of release: 2019

Nine Inch Nails' keyboard player made his Mute Records debut here, building wide-screen pieces from synths, guitar, field recordings and slow-blooming melodies, saturated in hiss and distortion. It glows with a warm, wistful Italian melancholy, like old film reels left out in the sun.
