ANDERSON .PAAK 'Venice' Vinyl 2LP

Year of release: 2014

He'd released music as Breezy Lovejoy, but this was the first album under the name Anderson .Paak, made before Dr. Dre came calling. Named for the Los Angeles beach neighbourhood, it mixes hip hop, electronic funk and R&B with sunny, restless energy and hooks that hinted at the star to come.
