BARRINGTON LEVY 'Poorman Style' Vinyl LP

Year of release: 1982

A teenage voice that already sounded like a veteran's, Barrington Levy's high, keening tenor rides the heavy rhythms of the Roots Radics on this early dancehall set. Producer Linval Thompson and mixer Scientist keep everything lean and dubby, and the title track is a sufferer's tale that hits hard.

Condition: New/Sealed/Mint
