CRIME 'Murder By Guitar' Vinyl LP (1970s US Punk)

Year of release: 2013

Crime once played San Quentin prison dressed in copies of the guards' own uniforms, which tells you plenty about their sense of humour. These recordings catch Johnny Strike and Frankie Fix's sneering, Stooges-style guitars at full throttle, from the dawn of San Francisco punk.
