CRIME & THE CITY SOLUTION 'The Bride Ship' WHITE Vinyl LP (1989 Oz Alt. Rock)

Year of release: 1989

Recorded at Hansa studios in the summer of 1988, with Mick Harvey on drums and piano alongside Alexander Hacke and Chrislo Haas, this is the band's later line-up at full strength. Bronwyn Adams' violin and Simon Bonney's windswept voice carry the title song like a long voyage across a stormy sea.
