ORNETTE COLEMAN 'Something Else!!!!' Craft 180g Vinyl LP

Year of release: 1958

Ornette Coleman's debut, with Don Cherry on trumpet and Billy Higgins on drums, already pointed toward free jazz. Walter Norris's piano gives it a rare structure, and 'The Blessing' and 'Invisible' are bright and searching.
