CABARET VOLTAIRE 'The Covenant, The Sword And The Arm Of The Lord' WHITE Vinyl LP (1985 Industrial/Electro)

Year of release: 1985

Named after an American white supremacist group, this sample-heavy album splices in speeches, Charles Manson's among them, over hard, glistening dance beats. 'I Want You' and 'Kickback' crackle with tension, Mallinder's voice cold over Richard H. Kirk's chopped guitar and tapes.
