Born out of the seminal techno/IDM group outfit Black Dog Productions, the duo quickly carved out a distinct identity characterised by shifting polyrhythms, warm analogue synths, and intricate, geometric melodies. Their foundational releases on Warp Records helped define the IDM movement, proving that electronic compositions could be both intellectually rigorous and profoundly human.
