A Perfect Circle

A Perfect Circle is an American alternative rock supergroup formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan. Known for their atmospheric, melodic, and deeply emotional sound, the band blends progressive rock elements with introspective lyrics and complex musical textures. Their 2000 debut album, Mer de Noms, achieved commercial and critical success, showcasing a softer, more art-driven melodic style compared to Keenan's heavier work with Tool.

Over the decades, the band’s rotating lineup has featured notable musicians from legendary acts like The Smashing Pumpkins and Nine Inch Nails. Despite frequent hiatuses driven by the members' other primary musical commitments, A Perfect Circle has maintained a dedicated global following.
